Measuring Instructions

Depending on the installation situation there are different ways of measuring the blinds- see below measuring instructions for different blind - and installation types.

F1 and F3 cord operated blinds

Fitted in glass bead- frame OR in between reveals ("inside fit")

The size B (width) and the size A (Height) are sizes for the clear opening. The blind size (the size you enter when ordering the blind) depends on the kind of frame. If you have got a 90 deg. rebate, deduct 5mm from to clear opening to get the blind size. If the rebate is bevelled, enter the clear opening size as the blind size.

Fitted to wall ("outside or face- fit"), using L-brackets

Please take into account the window hinges and handles. If brackets are used for fitting the overlap (x) should be at least 2cm.
Order width = wall opening width + desired overlap
Order height = wall opening height + desired overhang

F- wall fitting

VS1 and VS3- handle operated blinds

Fitted in glass bead- frame OR in between reveals ("inside fit")
